I have been reading this book Politically Incorrect Nutrition by Michael Barbee. It was on a fellow blogger site. WOW, I had no idea there was so much documented corruption at the FDA. Our government just ignores the dangers of food additives for the almighty dollar.
So much bad stuff in food that people ignore or are not aware of. This book is written well and is easy to understand. All the facts are documented and backed by pages of notes.
This explains why so many people I know have such rare cancers, diseases, infertility, diabetes and more. Why so many kids have so many problems that never existed before. Every American should read this book. It will make you clean out your kitchen and start the road to better health.
