Orphan chick was fine this morning, but I found him with a bum foot at noon.
After some work, we got his foot in a cast and he is inside to recover. Hard for him since he has been living solo for 3 days.
UPDATE: The chick did not make it. After 2 days he just stopped crying and got too quiet. The hen knew he was defective.
