This is my game hen Whitey. She is an older hen that goes broody every winter because she is just that special. This past Christmas she hatched 7 chicks from 6 eggs. Yup, I had a double yoke under her that I did not think would hatch.
All chicks have survived and thrived since she is such a good hen.
They all fly and keep up with mom. In this last photo you can see the twin grey chicks next to mom. One chick is slightly larger than its twin but are marked the same.
